All Trades inside sales people are available to respond to telephone inquiries and orders. Each knows the product lines and averages twelve years experience in the tools and fastener industry. They have immediate access to specifications, pricing, and inventory status.
Service is their goal, and they function as an extension of the contractor's staff. A phone call connects you with a 'personal' expediter who will enter your order and follow-up to see that it will be delivered when and where it is needed.
All Trades has one of the largest showrooms in the Southeast displaying multiple brands of portable power tools, hand tools, pipe machines, hydraulic benders, ladders, construction fasteners, and safety equipment. Customers may examine and handle everything, and small items may be 'self serve' selected from shelf stock. Sales people are available to answer questions, make demonstrations, and complete orders.
A training and demonstration room is used to familiarize contractor jobsite managers and supervisors with the latest innovations in construction tools and equipment.
The All Trades commitment to service is supported by 60,000 square feet of warehouse space. This investment permits more than ninety percent of all customer orders to be filled from stock.
